GAPS – Geneva Architecture for Peace and Security

The Geneva Architecture for Peace and Security (GAPS) is a strategic, high-level regional dialogue and professional infrastructure for Track 1.5 and Track 2 peace processes. GAPS helps the peacebuilding ecosystem adapt, recalibrate, and innovate in a context of global uncertainty, driving innovation in diplomacy, mediation, and AI-powered peace tools.

GAPS-MENA

High-Level Regional Political and Security Dialogue

The Middle East is undergoing a profound recalibration of power and alliances. The result is both peril and possibility: a volatile but consequential moment to rewire regional security, political arrangements, and cooperation.
P4P has positioned itself as a discreet convener and catalyst in this shifting landscape. Since 2025, we have built on the CMED convenings to hold a twice-annual regional dialogue, now falling under the broader umbrella of GAPS as GAPS-MENA. This discreet Track 1.5 platform provides a trusted and confidential space where senior leaders from the region and beyond stress-test political, diplomatic, and security frameworks, align strategies, and explore implementable pathways that formal diplomacy alone cannot.
